Raise awareness of the Clydesdale Horse experience to encourage support of the Rare Breeds and future bookings
OUR SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
Having identified parents, those returning to riding and gift givers as the target market we monitored relevant conversations and analysed popular social media sites to gain insight into content that would excite our audience. The campaign was designed around creating an emotional connection between the target audience and the Blackstone Clydesdale horses. Campaign content was a mix of video, imagery and articles and drawn from specifics on the farm itself and also around the topics of Horses, Rare Breed horses and tourism in Scotland. Activity will be supported by adverts on both channels.
From a standing start, over 500,000 people were exposed to the Blackstone Clydesdale brand in a 6 week period. Overall reach was increased by 480% on Facebook and 1200% on Twitter
Although the objective was brand awareness, the campaign delivered 6 additional bookings per week as a result of the activity.
As a result of the success of the campaign, the client has employed Social Sense Media to manage their Social Media activity on an ongoing basis.
